We couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and the care that we received for our cat Charlie. The compassion and love that is generated throughout this exceptional facility is magnificent. Our Charlie had a fracture requiring immediate surgery and hospital stay. The uncomfortable inconvenience of having to wait in car due to Covid, insurers the hospital remaining open. Volusia County is blessed to have this facility available. Kudos to all the amazing staff looking out for Charlie and explaining his plan for recovery and the excellent loving gentle care received! They took amazing care of my baby! She got into some Tylenol and unfortunately had to stay over night for treatment. She is a very skiddish dog and is terrified of everything. The staff was so patient and sweet to her from what I saw and handled my panicked calls well. She is doing awesome now and back to her normal self. I am so thankful for their patience and hard work!! You guys rock!

It’s never easy having to take your beloved animal someplace for emergency care. Especially when you have a rabbit and there are so few places to choose from for care. AEHV got our Coco and took great care of her. Yes there was a wait. It’s an ER so you should expect it to be busy. Everyone involved took great care of us and our little girl. Thank you so much.

My sweet baby boy passed away on the 3rd, After 20 yrs of joy, love, & companionship. He was EVERYTHING to me. I can not express how much this broke my heart. The staff here are AMAZING! They met me at the door where I had to hand over my baby never to hold him again. The empathy, care, consoling, love & kindness they showed to me was beyond words. I could absolutely tell they love what they do. They made it a little less painful to leave him in thier care to send him on his way across that rainbow bridge. If it's heart medication I would call the emergency clinic and see if they can sell you enough pills until you can see your doctor. Or at least ask on the phone what they think. I wouldn't mess around with the heart.
They are competitive with other Veterinary facilities in the area. I find that their ability to be there 24/7 for my pets needs and reassurance of their safety and health far outweighs Price shopping in times of need. With care credit and other financing opportunities available at extremely low interest rates to nun make the worry of my pets health lessened.
