They do not do items they are responsible for. Bring to their attention and they ignore. Great ammentaties but other services that stated in lease will not take care of.

Good place to live if you just want to lay back & relax. If you want to own your home but not the land it sits on, it's a great place to sit & watch the days go by. The gentleman that showed us around was very nice & the Lady in the office was very nice also.

I enjoyed the tour, love the amenities and the friendship of meeting with new people. The community is clean, well kept, and has great amenities. My wife wants to move down tomorrow. I think the best thing is there are no mosquitos. Love the area.

7 states and 11 homes in our adventures and we've finally found somewhere we can grow roots. If your looking for a safe well maintained place that has an HOA and a management team that cares I suggest you put Bear Creek on your to visit list. Hope to see ya'll soon.....

I understand that your lot rent varies from lot to lot, but could you please give me a range from lowest to highest? Also, I would like to know if houses are rented, and if so does the renter pay the lot rent? Thank you.
If you buy the house on a rental lot, then you pay the lot rent. Price varies by location.
A lot of retirees own Harleys. There are retired lawyers and doctors as well as military personnel who enjoys the Florida weather for bike riding.
no you have to leave them at the business office.
Rentals are permitted but must be for 30 days or longer. All renters must complete a Residency Application for approval prior. Contact Bear Creek's Sales & Information Center for more details: 386-677-1925.
I didn't know
Depends on the lot, non premium lots usually around 750 and premium 850 with a possible increase of up to 5% per year.
Lot rent is different. The best thing to do is call them and ask for Ron he can help you. My family lives in bear creek and they love it there.
1 Yes there are homes for sale2 Yes small meds are allowed no fee3 No motorcycles in the
No...I'm sorry.
Calling the office is the best bet.
They do have some places that are furnished here n there. I'd call the office and ask for Ron.
Not currently
Yes they do rent but I'm not sure if short term. My family lives here and they love it. Its a nice clean place, quiet and has a lot to do here. I agree with Mark about calling the office and ask for Ron he's super nice and deals with all of that! You don't have to be 55 to live there but no kid's.
The monthly land lease fee, which includes trash and lawn services, use of the amenities and activities, as well as the community maintenance/updates, etc. is separate from the HOA. The HOA is an optional membership that costs approximately $12 per year to join.
Depends on the lot size and location. They start out at $695 up to $800 and I know folks say WOW, that's high but wait until you see the folks living here. Please don't take this wrong but I'm not a fan of living next door to Bubba with 6 pit bulls and 4 baby mama beating on his door! In life we must pay for the better things in life, Bear Creek in one of them! Hope this helps and hope to see ya soon neighbor....And remember, Bear Creek is a community not a trailer park!
it depends on the location i.e.corner lot etc. Plus they go up 3% each year. What the present owner is paying will not be what you pay. New owner will pay more.
You really have to know someone in here that rents their home. They don't do that through the office anymore. There is a place at 15 or 14 Honey Bear that you could call the office and ask for the phone # of the lady who rents it out.
Bear Creek's monthly fees start at $650 and vary based on lot size and location. Included are trash and lawn services, the overall community maintenance, as well as use of the amenities and activities. We do not have any homes for rent at this time.
they are manufactured homes. i dont understand hoa?
You would have to find a homeowner to remt from
Avg. Runs around $700 that includes three pools, three clubhouses, lawn mowing and lawn water, plus trash pickup.
I'm not sure how far the veterans hospital is but I do know we have lots of Veterans living here. I also know many see doctors through the Vets program.
Probably the majority of the people that move there are couples. I don't know how a single person could afford it. They keep jacking up the prices
No, lot rent is more than $650
