It is very safe & sanitary. Did you look for the health department grade? It's suppose to be visibly posted meaning easy to see. I'm sure that will make you feel better. Rivergrille on Tomoka is absulutely SUBERB in every way....wait staff, cook, cleanliness.......hope this helped Good Luck!!! 😊

The first one is usually a dish soap solution and the second one is a sanitizing solution so yes, there is usually a third rinse aid.
