I wouldn't want to picnic right next to the bells. I actually enjoyed watching the player of the bells on a screen close to the tower. Lots of spots to picnic. Beautiful place.
If you want there's park settings right off the parking lot either before or after you tour the gardens and your things are very handy to the car. It's beautiful everywhere.
Yes but don't do it under the bells they're very loud. Trust me you'll be able to hear them no matter where you are.

Bok is a wonderful place to take a picnic, there are picnic tables around the gardens or you can take a blanket and sit on the grass by the tower.

You can picnic anywhere there. Bring a blanket you can put it out right by the Tower the squirrels will want you to share with them just to let you know, they are not shy. They will eat right out of you hand. Beautiful place. Very peaceful.
