Yes there are. There is also stroller rentals. They have the coolest strollers I've ever seen. They are almost like a wheel barrel and a tricycle all at the same time. The wheel chairs are the regular and I believe they have electric ones too but don't quote me on it
It was a nice day trip that ISN'T expensive. 1st part of March is the best time for flowers. Chech on when they have LIVE ORGAN CONCERTS TOO. THAT WAS COOL.
They do. Or at least they have a room full of strollers and mobility scooters and other mobility devices. I just saw it in passing, but they seemed very well stocked. I also don't recall encountering any area only accessible by steps - everything was very smooth and seemed well maintained. There is a boardwalk area, I do not have first hand experience but it may present a challenge to some wheeled devices.
