Dress for whatever occasion your out for that day. It's a nice restaurant but I've seen from casual to Suit.
I'd say either way.. You can eat in the bar, all types of dress. Suits to shorts.
I have definitely felt underdressed here before. I would say dress nicely, but not extravagantly.
You can go either way, depends on what makes you happy.
