I believe you can self pay. If you have soonercare disability anything like that just be sure to have your card. Also bring a debit card. That is how you will pay for your doctor recommendation and everything else and bring a cell phone that you can verify your email from. They are very very helpful with the process

No but you do need to see a Dr and acquire the proper paperwork to apply for OMMA you'll need an OK State ID or DL (you'll receive a discount from Dr & application fee) if you are a Veteran on Medicaid SSI but must have proper verification Good luck
