Hey how long does the process usually take? Do I need to make an appointment or just walk in?

Hello im assuming your talking about getting your card? If so you walk in with your OK I.D. and depending on how many people are there may differ your wait time to be helped, then you'll just fill out some paperwork hand it in then pay some money and wait some more for the mail (roughly 2 weeks) If you already have your card just walk in and show them then they will let you back :)
