Took them one hour and 40mins to deliver pizza (obviously it was cold after all this time)The store is less than a mile from our home. When I spoke to Jordan he told me he would replace the pizza as long as I give them half of the pizza back. He said it was his store policy. I told him absolutely not. I’ve never heard of anything like this before. We had 5 toddlers waiting over an hour & 40 mins for the pizza and I was supposed to take it back from them and give back to Mazzios??!!?? I’ve never. Then wait 60-70 mins for a new one. He did not once apologize for the wait or seemed like he cared. SMH. Jordan is a poor example of customer service. Highly dissatisfied with the way he handled the situation. Most definitely will be reaching out to corporate.

Ordered a works pizza and after we drove to pick it up realized it didn't have any meat on it. We took it back and the manager only said "we have new guys back there". No apology or care at all. Rude staff and bad customer service.

The 61st and Memorial is absolutely the Worst Mazzios location. They do not know how to make a pizza. They put the toppings UNDER the cheese, so that you end up with a soupy, nasty, un-cooked pizza. It’s the only location that this has ever happened. Normally Mazzios is delicious. It’s just this locations’ cook. They can’t look at the picture of a pizza before them in the kitchen and match it. It’s insane.

I ordered delivery from this location and they took super long to deliver, which i totally understand. What I’m upset about is the fact the pizza had me throwing up ALL NIGHT. I literally ate 2 slices and my had son had one. Our stomachs were immediately messed up. He had diarrhea all night and i couldn’t stop throwing up. We did order wings as well, but The wings were good. I will never order from here again. Will call to get refund for pizza
