Do you pay the $75 and $104 the same day?

You can pay the $75 for the recommendation. Then you have the choice of paying them $25 to put you in the Oklahoma system with the $104 or you can pay the $75 then go home and put your info in the system yourself and you have 30 days to do it before the recommendation is no longer valid.

You pay everything on the same day and get your card in the next 2 weeks
