It would be easy for a stroller as long as you have one with inflatable wheels. Little more difficult with those plastic wheels.
Absolutely
It's super easy, however there are one or two spots where you will need to actually pick the stroller up to continue....as long as you have a partner to help you'll be fine! And baby will love it:)
