Will be going here for all my shipping needs! Sarah Clark was very sweet and helpful. I needed to send a riffle back to a company for recall reasons, went to the marion post office with my currently broke hand in a cast, the post office wouldn't offer help with boxing it up or or helping me write since my writing hand is down.... was treated very poorly. Then Sarah at the packing post took care of everything right away. Highly recommend them!

Charged me 30.03 last week to mail a UPS ground package. Looked it up and the UPS cost was 17 bucks and some change. Called them and they stated that they had no control over their charges - UPS sets them. Sounded shady so I called UPS. UPS said absolutely NOT. Third party stores set their own prices. Tried to call back several times - no answer. Left message on machine asking owner or manager to call me about this - never returned my call. Work on honesty, customer service, returning calls, and fair pricing.

Mr. Clarence, we've spoken about this matter multiple times. I got a different story from UPS than you claim. I even called them in front of you on speaker phone and let you hear it. If you want me to explain it again you can contact me at 828-659-8155 or you can contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
How do you complain about the pack n post? You bring a package to be sent, put your own label on it from the house n send it fed ex if your not happy with them. Ridiculous, people just wanna complain about everything! I appreciate them as a small business that does a valuable service to our small town!

We do charge for packing item(s). If you already have materials to package your item(s) you would come out cheaper. If you do not already have the items needed to package your item(s) to insure they make it to their destination in one piece you would not come out any cheaper.

I am always closed on holidays when the UPS, FedEx, and mail trucks don't run. “If we did not attempt to deliver your shipment by the guaranteed date or time, you can submit a request for a service refund by. Calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877) and say “Refund”. Or logging into the UPS Billing Center and selecting Request a Refund.“ There are two ways to get a refund. One by calling the automated system and two by logging in to the website. You have to wait until you’re billed on Sunday to request the refund. I requested it both ways on the following Monday. Both ways were denied because UPS said it was on time. I even put it on speaker phone and did the phone in request in front of you proving that is what it said. When I called the UPS customer service person they said I can’t get the money back because the UPS driver said they delivered it on time as quick as possible when the receiver was available and the business was accessible to be delivered to. All I do is sell labels for UPS . if you don’t like their policy you can call them and complain.
I did make the request on speaker phone in front of you. It said clearly to both of us refund not available. I’m sorry UPS didn’t refund you but they claim they delivered it on time. The man got the package. I am only a middle man that sells labels for them. I can’t be responsible for refunding you when they tell me it was on time and don’t issue me the refund. You can call me if you want, but you will get this response every when you keep asking me this same question over and over.
You can do a UPS drop off here between 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday. There are after hours drop boxes at 5th 3rd Bank, BiLo Shopping Center, Fastenal, and Love's Truck Stop if you are sending a small item.

If you have a prepaid label from the manufacturer you can ship it here. If not, you would have to go to a gun store or someone with a federal firearms license and let them ship it.
