Can you ride utvs around this place?

Sometimes, but it's pretty disorganized. Here's the official link to it's "Eagle's Roost ATV Area": https://www.quartzmountain.org/orvs.html This ATV park on the North shore allows ATVs, but it closes at random times with no reason why. For example, it's closed right now but has no sign stating why it's closed or when it'll reopen. Been that way for a long time.
