It shouldn't be. There are enough people paying taxes to take care of this small park. All they need is to stop by and kick them out.
Never...it's sad because we walk at this park and the bathrooms are always horrible.
When homeowners file a class-action lawsuit, this criminal activity will cease. Stupid homeowners sit around waiting for miracles to happen. Smh.
PUT YOURSELVES IN OUR SHOES..... LET'S SAY YOU FOR LAID OFF FROM WORK OR YOU LOST YOUR KIDS OR A LOVE OVER AND YOU GET REALLY BAD DEPRESSION OR SOMETHING IS STOPPING YOUR FROM WORKING...... HOW ARE YOU GUYS ANY DIFFERENT FROM THE HOMELESS... YOUR NOT WE ARE ALL THE SAME JUST SOME HAVE HOUSES, AND APPARTMENTS AND SOME HAVE NOTHING.... I THINK AS LONG AS THE HOMELESS PICKED UP THE TRASH AND KEEP IT CLEAN THEY CAN STAY ANYWHERE
