Salt Development wants to build an apartment complex here, 500 apartments and a minimum of 1,000 cars added to Anaheim Hills and Santa Ana Canyon Road. They don't give decent explanation how they will handle the traffic. Anaheim council is screwing Anaheim Hills like they did Anaheim on the Angels deal!!!!!! No thanks!!

Nice peaceful place to hike. Please be respectful and mindful of mother nature. There are coyotes and mountain lions but keep in mind they are home and we are just visitors.

You can park on the side road or at the nearby businesses. Just depends on there you are going to visit. But yes plenty of parking everywhere.

I want to know if bike riding is permitted, since the Preserve links with O.C. Parks managed trails that do allow bike riding. If bikes are not permitted within the Preserve, then why the trail signs within that mention trail etiquette?

I want to be a good citizen, and I will not ride there if bike riding is prohibited. Someone asked me as I rode out the other day, but I was never aware (until I read the sign at entry) that bikes are prohibited. So I ask, why are there trail signs within the Preserve that mention bikers yielding right of way to equestrians and hikers? If riding is prohibited, there should be very clear signage at all entry points, and there should not be any signage within "suggesting" that bike riding is OK. I rode in to the Preserve via the O.C. Parks managed Four Corners Trail, and have noticed that the Anaheim Hills Hiking and Riding Trail has a segment within the Preserve. All I seek is clarification, so that I may continue to ride on this trail that is near my home, or I will have to ride elsewhere.
