I want to be a good citizen, and I will not ride there if bike riding is prohibited. Someone asked me as I rode out the other day, but I was never aware (until I read the sign at entry) that bikes are prohibited. So I ask, why are there trail signs within the Preserve that mention bikers yielding right of way to equestrians and hikers? If riding is prohibited, there should be very clear signage at all entry points, and there should not be any signage within "suggesting" that bike riding is OK. I rode in to the Preserve via the O.C. Parks managed Four Corners Trail, and have noticed that the Anaheim Hills Hiking and Riding Trail has a segment within the Preserve. All I seek is clarification, so that I may continue to ride on this trail that is near my home, or I will have to ride elsewhere.
I hike there often yes biking, horseback riding, foot hiking,
Yes
I'm not sure if it's permitted or not but me and my nine-year-old daughter ride through Deer Canyon quite often not sure if this helps you hopefully does. The route we take starts on Canyon Rim near the top almost at Serrano. And it ends up dumping us out at Santa Ana Canyon near the movie theater Festival Center
