It does not have, there are only bindings next to the public toilets, you find it on the right in the last bath before going out to the beach
They have water at a couple of locations around campsite but not where you can hook up a hose to. No Electricity and no phone service for almost every carrier.
Is there a dump station near sand lake rv reserved spots?
