You need to call them. They have some really nice dry camping sites but I don't know the rates. Their website is really good. Check it out.

Just go down 112 a few miles to Salt Creek Rec Area. Little known hot spot for dry camping oceanside !
Call them, since you want a specific day. A basic site with water and power, I think was in the 40ish range per night.
