I've never seen signs saying you cannot, but as above stated be ready to walk it out if it comes to it. Their is sand and steep parts that may drain a narrow tire bike.
Honestly it depends on how rugged the ebike is. If you're able to go 5-10 miles on it in one charge or don't mind pedaling, and it can hop a curb without any difficulty, perhaps. Keep in mind there's a lot of sand to get bogged down in if it has thin tires, and hills that the bike's motor might not be able to push up. I can not speak to ordinances about using the motor or anything, but I wouldn't stress over that aspect too much. The yellow trail is among the easiest to just walk a bike out if necessary, and the green is the easiest for the bike to navigate.
