gr8 ride, dog park across street. gotta try it more than once though. huge trail made of a bunch of smaller trails with plenty of chances to turn around.

We weren't biking by the main trails. We just crossed the road and walked by the Draper Dog Trail. Permit is not requiered there. The longest trail is about 2 miles long, very nice and easy to walk and also seems good for biking. The main traits requiered a permit ($25/year) someone told us you can buy it on Facebook or in the Marina.

I've never seen signs saying you cannot, but as above stated be ready to walk it out if it comes to it. Their is sand and steep parts that may drain a narrow tire bike.
