Wonderful place to live..but typical for apartment living of course you will have inconsiderate neighbors. They could do a lot better with landscaping around the apartments to class it up a little bit and not give off the we don’t care vibe, as well as maintaining the hallways with litter and bugs. And more shaded areas for around the pond for fishing, like add more mature trees to the mix or some more benches with shade covers etc..Parking isn’t too bad as some of the other reviews say. Management is very nice and caring. Maint guys do their best with the man power they have. Cost of rent is fairly competitive. Mostly young couples and military families and college age singles. Fishing in the pond is great mostly perch and catfish catch and release.

There is not enough parking! Expect to park on the street at least half of the time. And the car ports and garages they try to upsell you are not always going to be anywhere near your building. The closet car port to my building was over 6 buildings away. Same with the dumpster. Maintenence/office workers either handle your request in less than a day or in multiple months. There is no in-between. The office workers randomly close the office in the middle of the day with no warning. The pool is always closed for maintenence. The apartments themselves are nice and it's rare that I hear my neighbors. You can however hear the highway in some of the buildings.

I applied for a 2 bed 1 bath unit before I read any of the above reviews, and from my experience with the staff themselves it's all accurate. To apply you have to put down a $25 app fee, $150 "administrative fee", and a $100 "reservation fee" before you've even been approved. They do a thorough background check, criminal history, credit record, etc. before you're approved. As soon as you're approved YOU CANNOT BACK OUT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Non-refundable as soon as they approve you. I just wish I had read the reviews of this place before I applied. I called 5 times over the course of 2 weeks after getting approved to see if at least the reservation fee was refundable and no one ever answered the phone. The first time I heard from a human person was when I called to try to get my money back and they basically told me that they already had it and wouldn't be refunding it. Too bad, so sad. Do yourself a favor and live ANYWHERE else for this price. You'll be so much better off. I ended up finding a 2 bed 1 bath house for almost the same price. They can keep the $275 just so I won't have to make the mistake of moving into this place.

THE BEST PROPERTY EVER! I love everything about The Landing Apartments, and I've lived in numerous Apartment Complexes. First and foremost, the Ladies in the Office (Hannah, Ashley, and Teresa) are amazing and so helpful. They really made my Leasing experience so easy and smooth. Next, the floor plans are amazing and spacious, I sometimes forget that I am even in an apartment because they are so cozy. Maintenance really gets things done and they really made me feel so comfortable if they ever did have to enter my apartment. All in all, I have nothing even remotely negative to say about this property! Even the neighbors are so polite and friendly. If you're in the market for a great location and property I strongly suggest you check out The Landing.
