I went in to renew my tag and the youngest lady in there was soo helpful and welcoming. The world needs more employees like her- I should have gotten her name, she made my day!

I called two days prior to ask about a license renewal. The employee stated that they did license renewals from 8:30am-11am. I arrived at 10:36am to be informed they were no longer doing license renewals and to come back at 1pm. Waist of my time. Don't go here.

The employee that I worked with was very dry and rude. The other women around her chatted up for the entire time of my visit. The only time one would remove herself from her conversation was to chuckle when the woman I was working with would make another dry or rude comment. I would not recommend coming here for service. It is kind of a big Debbie Downer.

I was able to get through yesterday. They have been really busy the last couple of days because they opened up being able to schedule for the Real ID. Just keep trying.
Don't know but i think next door has something to do with driving test
