There's nothing that's says you can't but I wouldn't. Neighborhoods are safe.
Security at Cross Point would probably notice. You would have a better chance pulling off an overnight at Chelmsford center. I do see contractor vans parked there overnight and Brickhouse patrons sometimes drink too much leaving their cars.
