I called when a tire I had under warrnty blew on the highway. They said they were busy and understaffed and to go in the afternoon which I did. When I arrived I got all I heard were a bunch of complaints about staffing, that I didn't have an appointment so I would have to go back the next day. A tech came out from the back and apologized but the person at the desk never did. The next day was the same story. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay full price! I will never go there again.

Ordered 4 tires at another store who didn't have time for weeks to install Called over and was told they could take us now! Spoke w managers (under new mgmt) and both seemed nice. Professional staff. Typical balance & install prices. Have used them in past and they've always been efficient

I bought a new Toyota Camry, the tire blew out on my 40 mile commute to Lowel. Was worried I'd have to cancel my long distance plans for the next few days because I was using the spare. After work, I went to Town Fair Tires, they would not service me without an appointment. Then I went here. They made time for me, they fixed me up, they did it for a good price, and I've got a warranty on the tire. I am a happy customer.

The guy there, Jesse, charged me $140 for a tire. 20 minutes later, he went to cash me out again for $115, and I said I already paid. I asked for a refund so I could pay the cheaper price, but he said it's all set. No, it's not all set, why would I pay a more expensive price when I could pay a cheaper price? I called back the next day and he was rude about it, accusing me of harassing his employees and claiming to them that I got double charged. No, that's not what I was said Jesse, he just couldn't wait long enough to hear what my actual concern was, he kept cutting me off. And when I was waiting for my tire to be changed, he was on the phone with his mom, complaining about how he doesn't see himself being with his girlfriend in the long term because of the lifestyle, and about how he doesn't like his girlfriend's kids because they kept him up all night. Don't go here, not recommended. It's not the tire, the tire was fine. It was that he offered me a lower price and wouldn't refund me so that I could pay the lower price. He also wouldn't admit his mistake. It's bad customer service when the "manager" is rude and escalates the conversation and is argumentative. He said on the phone "if you think it's bad customer service go somewhere else." Ok Jesse, I will!

Noooooo that would be the biggest mistake of you life, I make that fatal mistake of bring my custom wheels there n it was a complete horror show, the inexperience guy that worked on my tires put a hole thru my tire n tried to say I drove there with a hole in my tire, they scratch up my brand new wheels n I was the one that had to. Find a tire to put on my car to drive it out of there, I would never do that again n wouldn't recommend it to anyone else to have that bad experience
They don't do alignments. Only wheels and tires.
