Westminster Villlage thinks its ok to enter your home without you knowing. Happened to me yesterday. I understand it was an emergency but I was at work and they never called or left me a voicemail. Make sure you get cameras inside your home as well as outside.

The parking at this place is nightmare!! Spots are marked vaguely or not at all very confusing! Make a simple mistake and your car is towed immediately!! They are ruthless, they don't give a warning or courtesy call or a chance to move your car , it's towed and cost you $146.00 , they're ridiculous (FLEET TOWING) how they drive around all night looking for a car in wrong spot, don't even try to go in for a minute to ring a door your car is gone in minutes, its almost like the facility is getting part of the cost $$ because complaints go unheard!! FLEET PROWELS AROUND WHEN EVERYONE IS SLEEPING

Yes it is based on income..you pay for your own electric now but heat/hot water are free.. if they see people continuing to take advantage of putting their heat on when the windows are wide open then they are going to have to make us pay for the Heat eventually if it continues. I have lived here since 2015 and I have loved it from day 1 my building is great the tenants in my building are great. I continue to hear people talk about these teenage thugs.. they have been evicted every last 1 of them and their families and ever since things are much peaceful without them here. the parking here sucks and you will get towed ONLY after 5 p.m. and the reason for that is a lot of people have Aids that come to their house and that is why anybody can park until 5 p.m. just not in the blue restricted parking areas.
I agree with I AM LEGEND... you are only allowed to park here safely till 5 p.m. and that is because a lot of tenants have nursing aides and that is why they give them till 5 p.m. NEVER ever Park in the blue restriction spaces unless that tenant says it's ok. Since I've lived here they have gotten rid of a lot of drug dealers and them pesky teenage punks that were here. As for kids playing I have a grandson that's out there every single day playing with his friends. As for dog feces the grounds are NOT covered with it...we ALL have to live here and it's very disrespectful and disgusting when tenants could careless about where they live..this isn't the ghetto and I'm tired of hearing people call it that..especially when they don't live here..😕 As for drugs? Drugs are EVERYWHERE!!!! Since living here they have got rid of ALOT of the riff raff. Ever since the murder of a woman (isolated incident) we have a cop that makes rounds all throughout the village. I have felt safe since day 1
