I agree, you need specific information, which you can only get from the convention center staff. Call.
8f you drive slong the backside od the convention center, 15th street (I think), you'll see the loading docks which is where I offloaded equipment for an event. Keep in mind that the event was years ago so my info is a bit out of date. Your best bet is to call them and ask.
Local Guide or AAA will help.
It would depend where your booth is going, but the entrance to the loading dock is off of 15th st and the security there will be able to direct you to the proper spot.
