Continental Diamond

I am very disappointed with this place. I am normally not a demanding person or one whom complains, but this really irritated me. I wanted to schedule some time to look at some loose diamonds for an engagement ring. I told them my budget ($30k) and what I was basically looking for. Jane responded that "Continental Diamond is open Monday through Saturday, 10-5pm" But she would not be working the time that I am able to come in to look and I should pick another time, Even with a 5-6 day advance notice. Continental Diamond is open but they cant show or sell you any diamonds unless Jane is there. Who is the customer here and where is the service?

After the proposal we realized the ring was slightly too big and they were able to get it resized the same day! All the staff we interacted with made us feel at home!
