The door was locked and there were 2 people inside at 1:10 p.m. today (Monday). They shushed me away indicating that they were closed. There were paper signs in at least 2 places clearly stating that they were open during that time. I am not certain what is going on but it looks like the people that worked there decided to close the branch instead of working and just forgot to take down the signs.

Slowest service ever. I waited for ten minutes before turning around and walking out. I don’t bank here, just needed to break a twenty. The drive thru teller could have helped me but ignored me. Thank goodness I bank out of state. US bank is across the street.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for many years. In my opinion this is the most poorly run location in the metro area. I was treated rudely and the staff was incredibly unprofessional.
