No handheld wash no, really only the prewash brushes to wash tires and windows etc. Before going into the wash lane.
Tropic has a prewash station with hands on scrub brush prior to entering the automated car wash but no hand-held wash/rinse nozzle.

There's a manual wash place north on 441 called Brighton Beach Car Wash. Other than the brushes and vacuums at Tropic, they don't have any manual stations.
And free vacuuming
They have a pre-wash station to get bugs off your car, but they dont have a self-serve full wash
