The cashier that I has was rude and very disrespectful towards me and my mother buying groceries. The woman ringing us up threw my canned goods on top of unboxed vegetables, threw the milk and creamer on top of a plant that I bought (which now the stems are broken), crushed my fruit on top of my milk carton, and threw bags of chips and nearly missing my cart. All of the fragile stuff that I bought was on the bottom and crushed with heavy items. My cashier didn’t attempt to rearrange everything. Everything but my eggs were crushed and bruised. The cashier that I was with pushed my cart away from my grasp as I tried to pay. She was unfriendly when I tried to raise the concern to the items that were being crushed.

Izzy is hands down the best employee at this store, and the reason I choose Aldi over any other grocery store in the area! On my first visit she gave great customer service and was incredibly kind, unknowingly brightening a memorably bad day. I've come here numerous times since relocating to Gainesville and am always happy to see her!

I love Aldi. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Quick in and out. Small enough to be able to get around without having to walk miles of isles, to quote the title of a Joni Mitchell album. Great prices too. Won't kill the pocketbook. They deliver too!
