There are still intermittent short closures with flaggers, but they're wrapping up the work. It's definitely not like it was earlier in the summer with long wait times. Longest wait I've had in the last month was less than five minutes, and I haven't heard of any work being done in the past week.
If you are coming from port Angeles the construction doesn't start till after the turn in for the lodge/ storm king
There was some right before the lodge a couple of weeks ago but it wasn't going on when i drove through after 6:30pm.
I only went as far as East Beach and there was no construction up to there
