I highly don't recommend this place for having a stress free vacation.. this place is a joke.. trash and cigarette butts everywhere, the pool was nasty the hot tub was nasty and so was the beach.. the check in process is flavegasting. I got the feeling as though I was being scammed.. seriously a lack of communication Qwen the host seems to be money hungry in trying to charge for every little detail.. do yourself a favor and pass this one by.. it's a doozey for sure.

Little Harbor is a peaceful, quiet vacation spot with pools, beach and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We saw dolphins and manatees from right outside the building. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

The property owner Qyn conducts business very poorly! She double booked her property at The Little harbor Inn. I get to room #511 and there's a couple already there!! I never cancelled my reservation, so when I get there and try to communicate with the property owner Qyn, she does not answer, emails or phone calls. I had to jump thru varias hoops with VRBO to get a refund. At that my refund will be given 15 business days from now. This is very bad business. NO STARS! FRAUDULENT OWNER!

We booked The Inn at Little Harbor for 3 nights through The Reservation Desk. They immediately charged our credit card the full price. When we arrived at the Inn the lobby was obviously deserted. We called The Reservation Desk and they said they would get in touch with the manager and call us back with room # and pass code. Instead we got a call from the Harbor management telling us that the Inn at Little Harbor had been sold ,5 months ago and they had nothing to do with it. We called The Reservation Desk again and asked for a refund they said they would check into it and call us back. We waited 3 hours and gave up. It's been almost 24 hours hours since we were supposed to check in and we still haven't received a phone call or refund.

I doubt that there will be tons of Spring breakers at little harbor. The beach there is small and more like a retirement community. If you want larger beaches, you'll need to drive 30 miles south to Bradenton beach or 35 miles south and then west for the beaches of St Pete and Madeira beaches.

I believe the management company is changing, the development isn't closing to the best of my knowledge. It's a gorgeous place to visit, a hidden gem!

From what we learned is you had to rent them, $5/day for each. Also we were under the impression kayaks etc were included as well, but all the water sport activities were an additional charge.
