I am not 100% sure on grills, i think i might have seen on the lake shore but definitely there is a campfire spot.
Not right at the lodge itself but there are places around the lake that you can have campfires. The lodge is mostly motel rooms and upscale lodging. Try Log Cabin Resort for camper and tent camping. The resort also has rooms and individual cabins to rent. Fairholm campground at the west end of the lake has tent spots and camper sites. There are bathrooms and showers there also. No outside grills, no campfires. Must go to one of the other campgrounds in the area. Make sure to call ahead for reservations
No there is not. I did see someone grilling on the lake with a portal propane grill. You should inquire with the hotel if this is allowed though.
No there is not. Fairholme Campground does a few miles to the west. As does a picnic area a mile or two west from the lodge.
