No kayaks or paddleboards at night
I am not sure about the kayaks and paddleboards in the evenings. I know for sure they don't have them available after dark. As far as the other properties they each have their own strengths and weaknesses. All have the same style of Cabana and set up. The Blue River property on the San Marcos has more river type activities like sitting in lawn chair in the river and watching the kids swim (or swimming yourself), tubing, etc whereas Sons Island water is on a lake.
