Are there restrooms?

There are permanent restrooms that are closed during winter. There is usually a port-a-potty on the edge of the park as well.

Bathrooms are right next to playground but closed during winter.

I rarely see porta potty there. Don't plan on it. When I do see one, it's on the SW corner west of baseball.
