I know this might seem obvious, but are there any restrooms (aka: bathrooms)? * [I ask because some areas don't always have these at rest stops & my Mom says Google doesn't always work and didn't think there are any.]

Yes there are male/female restrooms. They also have two family/handicap restrooms here as well. The vending machines are easy too get too while being in the comfort of inside. Would highly recommend stoppimg here.
