If you followed the directions for you to properly set up the insurance on the phone you should have nothing to worry about. If you are trying to return the phone, being that you have no reciept, you will not get your money back but you WILL get a gift card to be used at Wal-Mart.
Did you pay with a card they should be able to look it up
Did you go on line and sat it up. If so it will be on your app in your info.
