Associates are more helpful than in the past, I was able to locate the items I needed from a variety of departments. Pharmacy was not too busy. Not one associate I interacted with had a nasty attitude! It was wonderful to see smiling faces!!

I'm giving this to 5 star because the joy greater's I've been very professional on my way out. Employees are not helpful. The scales at the store need to be recalibrate. Lots of times you get a scan something and this system doesn't pick up the barcode It's very frustrating

I am writing this review about the auto center and specifically the general manager. I don't think it allows me to give zero Stars. That was the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I was invisible to the staff.

If you followed the directions for you to properly set up the insurance on the phone you should have nothing to worry about. If you are trying to return the phone, being that you have no reciept, you will not get your money back but you WILL get a gift card to be used at Wal-Mart.
