I was going to go through them to find a place but it takes a month before you are even on a waiting list.
Rhonda LaFrance
The office was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly and I thank them for all of their help
Cheyenne Reilly
I lived there for several years and then moved away in 2012 after the death of my husband. My name was Doris Reilly but I had it legally changed to Cheyenne. I am hoping to move back there in September of next year if they have a vacancy. Lovely place, lots of activities and good people. Office staff are great. I knew and loved Miss Mary and hate that she passed away some years ago Town is beautiful and there is a WalMart there, Waffle House and a Ryan's restraunt.
Beautiful Disaster
I lived in these several years ago. For low income they are very nice. Always well maintenanced. Yards very well kept. And office staff very helpful.

Housing authority might have openings
Its 30% of your income
It would be approximately 30% of gross income but she may be eligible for other deductions. The best thing for you to do is get her application process started and once that is complete we will have a more accurate rent estimation for you.
We have friends that live in the two housing areas and it seems to be all right. My old neighbor is in the pines apartment's and it's great for older people. Just stay out of the gossiping group can be as bad as high school.
