If my date has a ticket at will call and is running late as they tend to do, can I get in ahead of time with the name and e-copy of the ticket to order and be seated before they arrive at the last possible second ? We have three tickets.

I would definitely call them ahead of time, also get the name of the person you are speaking with, to be clear on their policy, if you get a different story at the check in desk then you have leverage to ask for what you want.

They'll let you save seats but they get weird if people aren't there when it gets closer to start time, they'll pressure you. Probably depends on how close you are to the front
