My dad is Chiropractor so I'm aware of what good chiropractics looks like and I promise you this is not it. I have been to other Joint locations and received better care, but the Miriam was rushed and abrasive in her tone and adjustment. The front desk lady was miserable and didn't look up from her computer once. If you ha e to go to a Joint, don't go to this one.

I was immediately greeted by the most friendly and helpful receptionist Audrey. Then Dr. M. Heglar took the time to figure out my major areas of discomfort and I was relieved very quickly. Will definitely be using this location again as long as these employees stick around!

I was skeptical what type of service I’d receive or what the catch is with their $29 initial consultation and adjustment offer. When contacted to schedule of course I asked just that and was told nothing it’s not a membership rather a pay per session. I was also told there are a few forms to fill out, evaluation with chiropractor, and adjustment and it would take no more than 30 minutes from walk in to completion. Needless to say it’s a sales pitch to get you in the door and sign for a membership. The membership costs would be a good price had the “consultation & adjustment” from start to finish been the worst customer service and adjustment I’ve ever received! From the moment I walked in the receptionists attitude was completely unfriendly, dry, and more of being bothered. Absolutely no greeting, no smile, and her face scowling you dare have the audacity to request her assistance navigating the touch pad - which consists of flipping her finger making the screen scroll & plopping it back on counter. Its now 1:37 and I’m told 1:40 is the cut off time to “go back”, I should come back after 2:45pm. 1:42 pm Consultation- as I apologize for running so close and not wanting to cut their lunch short… the chiropractor cuts me off and says, “that’s why I’m rushing it”… And rush it she did! I’ve seen close to 8 chiropractors prior to her and this was the worst ever! Consultation & evaluation consisted of 3 questions, touching 4 areas, and pitching the need for ongoing services. She was no more welcoming than the receptionist. Far as the actual adjustment- pulled me so far over the edge of table to pop hips I jumped thinking I was gonna fall off. To top it off my hips- worst problem area did not pop. If it didn’t pop the first go it wasn’t attempted again. Neck is good, back got 3 whipping pops, hips 0. My entire consultation, adjustment & sales pitch after lasted under 10 minutes. First impressions are everything and I’m going to sign up and pay for this? Ummm No! I wouldn’t return if it was free! Would give - 5 stars but won’t allow

I have had decent care in the past. However, today I arrived at 10:20 and the door was locked. The office door and the website state they open at 10:00. I have called and left 2 messages and no one has returned my call. It is 3:30 and I still have not received the text. I understand the weather was bad today. Under the circumstances, perhaps the website should be updated and/or an outgoing message on the phone stating the late opening. At the very least, my phone call should have been returned.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
