Some random person walked into my hotel room around 9pm, and the front desk, nor the management did ANYTHING! The incident wasn’t recorded. I gave descriptions of the man that walked in and the two additional men that were with him. These men were carrying trash bags as they exited another room two doors down. After waiting for a follow up phone call that never came, the General Manager Roger, and Assistant Manager Blanca politely informed me that because the front desk didn’t note the incident, they would give me some new keys. I’m utterly disappointed and disgusted with how this was handled. Safety of guests doesn’t seem to be a priority. The exterior doors that say are remained locked, we removed rocks from them being propped open. When I asked Roger for the name of the management company that owns this property he refused to give the information. I don’t normally write reviews, however, when the safety of me and my children is so callously regarded, I must share. Please do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel.

I stayed here for a night with my family (Wife and 2 toddlers) on our way to Texas from Aspen. The room was clean and huge with separate Bed room and Living room. The best part was the swimming pool area with large general pool(Room temp water), a medium Kiddie pool (Warm water) and a Jacuzzi (Hot water). Breakfast was as expected from La Quinta. Definitely recommend this place.

It may have at one time been beautiful and it could be again. There was smoking in the rooms, halls, pets, and trash everywhere. People were all book into a dirty room. No trash or maid service. It could be great again but effort and desire. They had a good pool and an alright breakfask.

Parking is on the ground level but the doors remain locked and you cannot get back into the hotel without walking to the front of the building and entering through the lobby. Then, you have to find the closest working elevator - no signs directing to one and no indication when one isn't working. They have plenty of handicap parking spaces but pity the handicapped person, like myself, who has to do all that walking just to get back inside the building. Also, I couldn't carry all of my things in one trip so I took half and came back for the rest only to find the housekeeper already in the room despite the fact that I had put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so no one would enter while my personal belongings were still in the room. The housekeeper thought nothing of it. I, however, am unhappy with that situation. I won't ever stay at this location again. The only good comment is that it's a nice room and appeared to be clean.
