Both of my grandmothers lived at this community in Bow NH for over 15 years. Upon moving out our family gave the usual 30 day notice and performed all necessary cleaning and removal of belongings. The apartments were left immaculate, with no damages. However neither one of my grandmothers received their security deposits. Why ? Because you need to give a 60 day notice, which is not clearly stated in the lease agreement. I work in leasing offices and most noticed are only 30 day but not here, and the deceptive manner in which this complex explains the termination of lease is wrong. Be warned.

My aunt lived there and passed away. They keep charging her estate rent because passing away breaks the lease. They charge until the unit is rented to someone else. I think they have charged 4 months so far.

Small, neat place for my mom. One concern is the increase in rent for fixed income folks most years and this year during a pandemic. Pretty cold move. Just an observation.
