Good morning, unfortunately, I believe you have to be a resident of FL but I feel for your daughter. Hope the CBD oil is helping. Side note, plz make sure you are getting true CBD oil,as some companies can get away with using hemp oil but calling it CBD oil due to the way the law is written. If you can establish residency for at least one year a month in FL, you can get a card. Research the FL cannabis snowbird law.
