Thank y'all so much I want to stay close to FWB cause that's where I live. So next door to Doctors office is easy then. The place is named Knox. I have not been to actual Dr yet I need to get my diagnosis and what I am taking. I hope I qualify. Their questions I took survey says I qualify. But thanks everyone for being so kind and answering my questions. I certainly appreciate it this is all new to me trying to come off narcotics I take for chronic pain.

This is where you go to get the prescription and then you go next door to Knox (or any other dispensary) to get your stuff.

I dont know what insurance they accept. I paid cash. They accept debit/credit/cash $300.00 initial visit.$99.00 every three month check up. The doc approves your prescription.
