Recently I had a horrible experience with a bagger at this store. He was obviously having a bad day a took it out on me, cussing at me in the store repeatedly. The entire store was stopped by the incident as it was loud and heated. I spoke with the store manager the following day with assurances it would be handled. I returned to the store in the past few days, and the same bagger was working (i guess he was reprimanded with a slap on the wrist). and of course he was there to bag my groceries. he was rude and hostile to say the least. to top it off, he followed my spouse into the parking lot to attempt to intimidate her. Apparently at Winn Dixie, you can curse at customers and harass them. If I didn't have to go to that pharmacy, I would never go back. And management is a joke, ineffective and flaccid in response.

I usually go for their weekend sales or BOGO. And when I use my app I can get additional points which add up for money I can save later on groceries which is very helpful in these days where everyone has raised prices so at least I get something back.

Specific to the Pharmacy - Awesome staff! Very few businesses you can walk in to and have the staff greet you by name every time. Retired military here and (sad to say) I prefer coming here to using the 30+ year benefit I earned at the military pharmacy. They are quick, accurate, helpful and a sheer joy to visit (even when you're sick). Can't say enough about how great they are. You'll be in the best hands when you bring your business here!

I go to the Pharmacy every month, sometimes twice a month, and when Denise is working, it is always a pleasure. She has a smile for you and is friendly everytime. She knows what she's doing and is quick and efficient with all of the entry information needed. Thank you, Denise! 🌺
