I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, it took almost two hours to get to me and was cold when it showed up! I tried contacting the store and no answer.

If you want a glimpse of the future of the US and the braindeads that run it, come visit this store and repeat these steps: 1. Walk in after 9:30 and have them ask you if you're picking up. 2. Say no and tell them you haven't placed an order yet. 3. Have them tell you carry-out is closed and that last call was 9:30. 4. Look around at the blank expressions of the employees and ask what they're doing if carry-out is closed but pick up is still available. 5. Listen to them ignore your previous question and explain that delivery is still available. 6. Ask if you can place a delivery order to the parking lot and listen to them respond no. 7. Leave in a rage because you're a logical person and nothing about this experience made any sense. It was after I visited this location that I realized America's best days are behind her and every day from this point forward will be worse than the day before it.

Worst Papa John's Pizza Ever! We placed our standard order but it was the first time from this location - Ft Walton Beach FL - where we are here visiting. The pizza was so bad I'm not sure if we'll come back to the chain again, though upon reading current Yelp reviews I see that we're not the only ones with similar complaints. The crust tasted doughy and half baked; most of the ingredients were dumped in the center of the pie instead of being sprinkled allover. It tasted totally gross and we wish we had taken a photo before eating one bite and throwing it out! Awful, awful, awful! Papa John's Corporate QC - it's time to get involved judging by the bad reviews!

I love papa johns but the last three times I’ve order from this one the delivery service has been slow, there was very little toppings on both the meats and the Hawaiian, and the original crust was extremely thick around the edges. All seems to be a way to cut costs. We’ll be going to another franchise from now on.
