I found a lot of things at JoAnns that was not at other stores.
Wy wife works there and she said this location doesn't have physical classes but there are online tutorials on the website.

Pretty much every holiday and/or season they'll have decorations to match! As well as any crafting or DIY item you can think of(in store/online). If you download the app you also get extra coupons each month

I believe in the store is a bulletin board ( near the bathrooms) that has people willing to teach you. Check there
