If they were licenced for public roads I would say yes. But ORV types, I'd say no

There’s no areas within the park to ride off road. If they meet the definition of being street legal you can ride on the roads and within the campgrounds and to places like the beach and boat launch. That said there is national Forest land not far away and I hear of a huge lot for parking there. It’s Bunco Rd. You also have to register ATVs or any other motorized vehicles (mopeds/ motor cycles) at the visitor center when checking in for camping.
I was reading somewhere that they had an OHV area there. That's why I asked to be sure. Sounds like they don't really. So we'll leave our toys at home when we come. Thanks all!
