Wow! Sheer awesomeness of horrible service! After failing to get my local store to answer their own phone (several times), I called customer service (not easy to find on the website), they managed to hang up on me three times while trying to connect me to a supervisor who could take my complaint. The waiting queue didn't work right and the chat simply had me call the same number that was not doing the job. I "escalated" to the customer service department and they said they would have someone contact me but that has not happened. So I tried calling the corporate offices, the operator then basically hung up on me trying to transfer my call after I had explained that I had a store complaint. I spent over an hour of my life just trying to tell them their store wasn't taking care of basic customer service, but this is the story of corporate America: it. just. doesn't. care. about. people. I will never ever ever shop with them again.
Took my vehicle to Best Buy to have a stereo install bought the stereo from Best Buy paid the money to have it installed came back the following week drove 120 miles to find all they could notdo it they said it wont-work
